1. Before going to Open Houses, make sure you have a pre-approval letter from your lender.

2. Never attend Open Houses unrepresented! Although on-site real estate agents may give you factual information, remember they are working for the seller and have the seller's best interest in mind. Hire a Buyers Agent!

3. Remember that many homeowners have cameras in and around their homes so be careful what you say...especially if you are thinking of submitting an offer.
